Nationally published and founded in 2001, Capello Design is a full-service residential interior design company specializing in sophisticated, stylish and well-lived interiors throughout the United States and beyond. Capello Design executes large scale building projects that start from the ground up. This enables our design team to lay the foundation early on to implement a detailed home plan.

Known for creating evocative, alluring, and comfortable interiors with nature’s colors, Capello Design takes time to study their clients closely which results in thoughtfully designed homes. Capello Design interiors appear timeless through the successful use of natural materials, hand crafted furnishings, and carefully curated accessories to create a bespoke, “artistic” sensibility.

Whether they are designing a traditional home in the country or a modern beach house on the coast, Capello Design stays steadfast in creating interior spaces that seek to have sustenance and purpose. Trained from the inside out, Capello Design is able to take away or implement architectural details within an existing home that can not only add nuance to a project, but will add intrinsic value to the home. With a formal education in interior architecture along with 20+ years professional experience, Tanya Capello will ensure the interior design process will be both rewarding and positive.

Construction

  • Consult with architects, contractors, lighting designers, and cabinet makers

  • Select all specifications needed for the construction or renovation of a home, including kitchen/bath fixtures, cabinetry, appliances, stone, tile, flooring, hardware, etc.

  • Act as a liaison between homeowner and contractor to coordinate the flow and timing of items needed on site for installation

Interiors

  • Design and select all interior finish selections: plumbing fixtures, tile/stone, wood flooring, lighting fixtures, furniture, fabrics, window treatments, wall coverings, carpeting, custom cabinets, millwork, and decorative accessories

  • Select and install artwork that reflects the client’s personal style and is in harmony with the designed space

  • Engage in space planning, and create floor and reflected ceiling plans using 2D and 3D visualization tools

  • Provide full-service project management, including site supervision and coordination
